The KOGA journey began in 2019, when our founder David Lack, discovered the sport of Ninja Warrior.
David discovered Ninja Warrior and his local gym Crank, where he fell in love with the sport. It was fun, it was challenging, it was social, and best of all - after a short time, he could genuinely see he was improving.
It wasn’t long before David wanted more. Filled with ideas and passion, he read and researched everything he could find about Ninja Warrior training. But he was disappointed to learn all of the equipment was made overseas and most was very expensive. To David’s innovative way of thinking, there was only one solution: he would create a range himself. But not just replicate what was already on the market, David would create something better!
He enlisted the help of his engineering supervisor Le Hua, who brought game-changing experience and training in engineering, and in just X short weeks, in David’s parents garage, the very first KOGA prototype was born and with it the beginning of a legacy that is set to change the face of Ninja Warrior training in Australia.
Today, KOGA stands at the top producing premium, 100% Aussie made Ninja Warrior and Climbing equipment that will improve your strength, endurance, coordination, agility and balance and take your fitness to superhuman levels – most importantly, all while you’re having a lot of fun!
But it’s the culture behind the brand, named after the birthplace of the first Ninjas, that sets this business apart. Built on the values of quality and safety at its heart, but with a clear passion and flair for creativity and innovation – KOGA believes that inside every person is a warrior waiting to come out and their purpose is clear and simple : to leash yours!
At KOGA, we pride ourselves on creating training equipment that are designed with elegance, engineered to perfection and most importanly, help you achieve your goals.
From our humble begins in the garage of our family home in Brisbane, our business has transformed into the state-of-the-art workshop that sits at the heart of KOGA today.
