KOGA does not control the services of the courier companies and hence is not responsible for loss or damage to any goods caused during shipping. Freight insurance covers the total value of the goods purchased. To make a claim under freight insurance, all claimed items need individual photos and descriptions and must be made within 24hrs of receiving the package.
